It was Penny that ultimately inspired us to purchase one of our first condos. We saw Penny at Christmas one year and, at that time, we considered purchasing a new car. Instead, Penny managed to convince us to put our money towards a down payment on a home. It was perhaps one of the best financial decisions of our lives. That condo purchase was a terrific investment – inspiring us to upgrade our home a few years later. To this day, we are grateful for the wonderful guidance that Penny provided that Christmas long ago.
