Here’s a lil something we’ve been wanting to share with you all…
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REAL ESTATE AGENT (hey, it’s Eric):
– Wake up, work out, and get dressed for success.
– Check emails over coffee (lately just a splash of milk) and respond to any pressing messages from clients or colleagues.
– Head to the office to catch up on paperwork and check for new listings that have come on the market.
– Meet with new clients, show properties, and schedule second showings.
– Follow up with clients and realtors after showings to answer any questions and provide additional info.
– Attend an open house, property walkthrough, or closing appointment.
– Negotiate offers and assist clients with the purchasing process.
– Head home and spend some time catching up on administrative tasks, such as updating client files etc.
– Take the dog for one last walk, watch an episode of The Last of Us or 1923, put the phone on do not disturb, and lights out.
