Here’s what we’re scheming, dreaming, and staring down as we inch closer to 2023.
OUR GOALS FOR 2023:
1. Increase Our Networking: The success of any Realtor depends greatly on our network. A strong network is key to finding new clients and expanding our business opportunities. Realtors should focus on building strong relationships with other real estate professionals, as well as local businesses and organizations in the community.
2. Invest in Real Estate Education: Continued education is important for any Realtor wanting to stay ahead of the competition. We always need to make sure we are up-to-date with all provincial requirements, regulations and trends in the industry by taking courses and attending conferences.
3. Develop a Strong Online Presence: With technology playing an increasingly important role in real estate, we need to make sure we have a strong online presence. We should invest time in building an effective website with all the necessary information about services, prices, and contact info. We should also utilize social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Google My Business to extend our reach even further.
4. Focus on Building Relationships: Building relationships with potential clients is one of the best ways to close deals quickly and efficiently in 2023. Realtors should focus on developing trust with buyers and sellers, so that they come back for future transactions. Realtors should also provide exceptional customer service before, during and after each transaction to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
