2) Brokerage value: A great agent is proud of their brokerage. They’ll highlight how their team’s network and resources will boost your selling potential. It’s not just about them; it’s about the powerhouse behind them.
3) Tangible takeaways: A thumbs-up agent will provide you with a hard copy of practical info to mull over, like notes on nearby listings or personalized tips for getting your home ready for the market. Sure, it’s a small gesture. But it’s a sign they’ve listened to your concerns, know your neighbourhood, and are invested in your success.
