Wonderful service. I must say, this was the best selling experience I’ve had. We were absent owners, Penny organized a maintenance man and cleaner to come in and touch the place up. She prepared a comprehensive information packet for us on the market and helped position us in the perfect price range for us as sellers and for the buyers. Her team was also spot on. Very efficient in all aspects of closing the deal.
