Once the listing price had been decided upon, Penny and her team did an excellent job of marketing the property. Penny oversaw the production of an extensive video tour and photos of the interior of the property which showed it to good advantage. These were complemented by shots of the exterior and bird’s-eye views of the immediate vicinity highlighting the attractiveness and amenities of the setting.
Friends who viewed the photos and video tour predicted that our place would sell quickly. They were right. There was a flurry of showings followed quickly by offers. Less than a month after the property was listed, the subjects were removed from an accepted offer and a sale at the asking price was finalized.
