You would not believe some of the listing photos we’ve seen 🤭
We’ve seen it all:
– The agent in the mirror snapping the photo of the room
– Images so dark you can’t see the room
– An extremely cluttered and messy home
– Holiday decorations in the images (Decorations from a holiday months earlier make buyers question why the house hasn’t sold yet.)
We’ve said it once, and we’ll say it again: There is no reason a listing should be advertised with images taken on a cell phone in 2023.
Your agent should be hiring a professional real estate photographer who knows how to make your home a scroll-stopper.
